At the Annual Induction Dinner held for the Western Cape Region in Cape Town on 19 September 2003 two new Fellows (Proff George Ekama and Heinz Ruther) were inducted. Ms Joedy Cambridge, Port and Intermodal Specialist, Transportation Research Board, National Academy of Engineering, USA was the Guest Speaker.
